Senior Software Developer

The Role Design, develop, and enhance secure, high-performing backend applications in a modern cloud environment. Collaborate with architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and client teams to deliver resilient solutions. Lead technical design discussions, influence architectural decisions, and contribute to engineering excellence. Automate and improve deployment pipelines using CI/CD best practices and Infrastructure as Code. Mentor and share knowledge, supporting the growth and development of fellow engineers. Champion and enhance engineering standards, continuous improvement, and DevOps practices. What You'll Need Strong commercial experience developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Proven experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines. Experience integrating with Identity and Access Management (IDAM) platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta, Azure AD). Strong understanding of Git version control and collaborative development practices. Experience working independently within Agile delivery teams. Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance.
