Roles & Responsibilities
Full-Lifecycle Engineering: Develop, maintain, and operate high-performance backend systems from story refinement through to production deployment and monitoring.Technical Leadership: Take ownership of architectural direction, designing reusable components and shared libraries for cross-team adoption.Mentorship: Coach and elevate junior to mid-level engineers through regular code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.Client Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders to refine user stories, balance trade-offs, and maximize software value.Operational Excellence: Participate in running software in production, including incident resolution, monitoring, and taking part in a scheduled on-call support rotation (approx.
