Join our Hyper Automation team and help build reliable automation solutions that support Arla’s global business. In this role, you will take ownership of solutions from design and development through to production support and continuous improvement, working closely with colleagues across teams to create practical and sustainable improvements. How You Will Make An Impact As RPA Developer Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of automation solutions — from translating business requirements into technical workflows to building, testing, deploying and supporting automations in production. The role sits in the Hyper Automation area within IT & Digital Supporting and Cross Functions. Design, build, test and launch automation solutions. Make sure automations are reliable, easy to maintain and ready for support. Prepare clear technical documentation for each solution. Connect automations with other systems and applications. Test solutions and support business users during acceptance testing. Take ownership of solutions after go-live, including monitoring, issue resolution and improvements. Support good development practices, knowledge sharing and reusable components. Work closely with business and IT colleagues, vendors and other product teams. Contribute to new automation ideas and innovation initiatives. What Will Make You Successful To be successful in this role, you should have solid hands-on experience in RPA development and a good understanding of business processes, solution design and production support. You should be comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into reliable automation solutions and taking ownership of what you deliver. Hands-on experience with Blue Prism — this is a must. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development. Experience building, deploying and supporting automation solutions in an enterprise environment. Good understanding of RPA solution design, including reusable components, queues, exception handling, logging and auditability. Experience connecting automations with APIs, databases and other business applications. Experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Logic Apps, AI Foundry or Document Intelligence, would be an advantage. Working knowledge of .NET/C#, SQL and basic to intermediate Python skills. Experience preparing and executing unit, integration and user acceptance tests. Understanding of Agile, DevOps and modern development practices. Clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset and strong ownership of delivered solutions. Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
