For more information, visit our website. About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team at Level99 Entertainment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure that supports our multi-location entertainment venues. Your primary focus will be on building reliable, scalable, and secure systems that enable seamless operation of our gaming platforms, reservation systems, and operational tools. You will oversee the deployment pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure high levels of system observability and security across all environments. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of entertainment technology and cloud infrastructure, directly impacting the customer experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and venue operations teams to optimize our infrastructure, implement automation, and troubleshoot complex issues. Your expertise will help us deliver a smooth, engaging experience for our guests while maintaining the integrity and security of our systems across multiple locations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or a similar role, preferably in entertainment, gaming, or high-availability environments.Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, and AWX.Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and system monitoring/observability tools.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure supporting multiple entertainment venues.Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and ensure rapid delivery of updates and features.Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices to automate provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure resources.Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and implement improvements based on observability data.Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation, testing, and deployment workflows.Manage and optimize the deployment of systems across various venues, ensuring consistency and compliance with security standards.Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on operations.Maintain documentation of infrastructure architecture, processes, and procedures.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing.
