The Role: DevOps / Platform Engineer
You will bridge the gap between application development and cloud operations.
You will build robust CI/CD pipelines, design reliable Kubernetes architectures, and enable client development teams to ship code faster and more securely through self-service platforms.
You'll wear many hats depending on the client and context from hands-on infrastructure-as-code deployment to mentoring client teams on DevOps culture and GitOps practices.

To thrive you bring:
Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.Cloud Platform Mastery: Strong, practical experience architecting and managing infrastructure on AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Deep proficiency with Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi, or AWS CloudFormation/CDK.Container Orchestration: Solid experience running production workloads on Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) using Helm, Kustomize, or GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).CI/CD & Automation: Experience building robust deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.Scripting & Tooling: Comfort with Python, Bash, or Go for custom automation and CLI tools.Location & Language: Full working proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus) and willingness to work in a hybrid setup split between home, client sites in the Benelux region, and our Hilversum/Amsterdam offices.Community Mindset: A passion for sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and actively engaging with the DevOps community.
