About The Role
Auto Data Direct (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a talented DevOps Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the reliability, security, and performance of our customer-facing products.
Your responsibilities will include designing scalable solutions, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the robustness of our network and application infrastructure.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with virtualization, scripting, and automation, along with a solid understanding of server hardware and network communications.
Familiarity with both Windows and Linux server operating systems is essential, along with proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
A demonstrated passion for learning new skills rapidly and applying them effectively is also required to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative strategies to address complex business and technical challenges, ensuring system scalability and reliability.Gather and analyze system requirements, researching and selecting optimal technological solutions to meet organizational needs.Lead the automation of build, deployment, and testing processes to streamline operations within our advanced production data centers.Utilize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to monitor, analyze, and enhance system security and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements and ensure high availability of services.Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities to quickly resolve system issues and minimize downtime.Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices to support ongoing operations and audits.
