We’re looking for a Platform & DevOps Engineer to join our growing platform & development department. In this key role, you will work closely with developers and QA engineers to support and evolve our platform. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our Azure-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native architecture is essential. What you’ll do As a Platform & DevOps Engineer in Coach Solutions, you’ll shape how we build, deploy, and scale our SaaS solutions. Working alongside developers, QAs, and key stakeholders, you will develop and maintain our Azure- infrastructure, streamline CI/CD processes, and enhance automation. By embedding structure, security, and reliability into our platform operations, you’ll enable faster, more confident development, and free up our engineers to focus on what they do best. You’ll be the bridge between development and operations, setting the foundation for how we work going forward. Your job scope includes Designing, building, and maintaining scalable Azure infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (IaC).Implementing and documenting best practices for platform security, observability, and performance.Enhancing deployment reliability, automation flows, and build transparency to support QA and test teamsCollaborating with developers to define and refine DevOps processes, tooling, and ownership boundaries.Documenting infrastructure, environments, workflows, and test automation to promote transparency and reproducibility What we’re looking for You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code. Your educational background is within computer science or software development, and you have practical experience from and thrive working in a SaaS company. In addition, you’re: Experienced working with Kubernetes and containerized workloads in cloud-native environmentsHands-on experience with our core stack: AKS, Azure DevOps, Pulumi or Terraform, and GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux.Maintaining and improving monitoring, alerting, and logging infrastructure to ensure operational visibility across environments using Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.AI fluent and curious about how AI-assisted development, automation, and operational tooling can improve engineering workflows and delivery quality.Familiar with modern engineering tooling and practices around automation, scripting, and developer enablement.
