Department Overview The Exacom Logging Recorder team is responsible for Motorola Solutions’ cloud-native logging platforms, real-time voice and radio recording engines, and AI-assisted analytics software leveraged in public safety, defense, and critical infrastructure applications worldwide. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworksCollaborate with UX designers to create intuitive user experiencesBuild reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI componentsConsume RESTful APIs and integrate with backend servicesParticipate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural discussionsOptimize application performance and usabilityTroubleshoot and resolve UI defectsContribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices Basic Requirements Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; equivalent experience consideredStrong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScriptExperience developing applications using ReactSolid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive designExperience integrating REST APIsExperience working with Git-based workflowsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesStrong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Experience with component libraries and state management solutionsFamiliarity with automated UI testingExperience developing enterprise SaaS applicationsKnowledge of cloud-hosted applicationsFamiliarity with multimedia streaming or visualization In Return For Your Expertise, We’ll Support You In This New Challenge With Coaching & Development Every Step Of The Way.
