As part of our Product & Technology team, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Support colleagues to continuously improve our cloud-native infrastructure and operational processes while contributing to a platform that supports millions of healthcare transactions.
Your Responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing the CI/CD operation of the Java-based services running on OpenShift and deployed via Argo-CD.Maintain and develop, orchestrate and expand the said OpenShift clusters.Operate and expand the ArgoCD continuous delivery solution.Operate PGSQL in the capacity of a server administrator responsible for its uptime and DR.Linux OS Administration (any distribution) Contribute to 3rd-level technical support and participate in on-call IT operations support.Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.Monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack.Collaborate with the team to ensure stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure operations following modern DevOps and security best practices.Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Support teams.Contribute to operational processes, incident handling, and change management activities.
Your Profile:
-Must haves:
Experience operating Kubernetes/OpenShift-based environments and public cloud infrastructure.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and containerized applications.Experience with PGSQL and administration best practices.Linux Administration (any distribution)Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
(Operating in a corporate hierarchy with Stakeholders, Product Owners, Team leads and multidepartment layout.)Good Spoken English.

Experience with Microsoft Azure.Experience with ELK stack or comparable logging solutions.Good understanding of IT security and operational best practices.Basic Windows and macOS administration know-how.Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.German is a plus but not mandatory.
