What You’ll Do Web Developers are responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise eCommerce websites and applications built on a proprietary platform. You will be developing additional scripts to connect to third parties for the purposes of inventory collection or other services as deemed necessary. Developers must understand the importance of organized and efficient code, you will be working alongside team members to optimize, enhance, and build upon our current website foundation. This position is back-end focused with server-side logic. What You Bring 3+ years of coding experience in at least 3 different programming languages3+ years of SQL database experienceFamiliarity with Amazon Web Services or certification in AWSStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of web/server security methods and best practicesKnowledge of Object-Oriented ProgrammingKnowledge of server communication methods such as FTP, RESTful API, SOAPWorking knowledge of Git for version controlAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to continue learning/expanding knowledge of industry standardsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the boxMinimum High School DiplomaDegree: Web Development Certification, Associates Degree in Web Development or Computer Science OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
