Joining our team means working on complex, high - impact initiatives alongside multidisciplinary experts, transforming ambitious ideas into secure, scalable and production - ready solutions that shape the future of technology. #YourRole As an experienced Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the evolution of enterprise - scale software solutions, working across modern technology platforms and architectures. You will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with AI - assisted development practices to accelerate delivery, improve quality and build scalable solutions for our clients. You will: Design, develop and deliver scalable, secure and maintainable enterprise software solutions using modern engineering practices and AI - assisted development approaches;Leverage AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar technologies to accelerate delivery while maintaining ownership of code quality and technical decisions;Review, validate and improve AI - generated code to ensure production readiness, security and maintainability;Participate across the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation ,testing, deployment and continuous improvements;Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions and code reviews, promoting engineering excellence within delivery teams;Apply modern development practices including GIT, CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps principles to deliver reliable software solutions;Solve complex technical challenges, optimize applications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into technology solutions. #WinningRequirements To qualify for the role you must have: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field;3+ years of experience in developing software applications in enterprise environments;Strong software engineering fundamentals, including object - oriented programming, clean code practices and software design principles;Experience with modern programming languages and the ability to adapt across different technology stacks;Experience building enterprise applications, backend services, APIs or distributed systems, with understanding across different layers of the technology stack;Hands - on experience with modern development practices including Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles;Experience using AI - assisted development tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, with the ability to review and validate AI - generated solutions;Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. #AboutTechnology & Transformation Six core competency areas make up our Technology & Transformation service line: Cyber;Engineering, AI & Data;Enterprise Technology & Performance;Finance Transformation;Deloitte Digital;Human Capital.
