Full Stack Developer

Growfore Solution is hiring a Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of a project from requirements to production. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work across the stack, make technical decisions independently, and take responsibility for the software they ship. You should be comfortable building and maintaining applications, working with APIs and databases, handling deployments, debugging production issues, and adapting to whatever a project requires. You should have practical knowledge of modern AI coding tools and be able to use them efficiently to accelerate development. This means knowing how to provide context, break down problems, review generated code, debug AI-generated implementations, and use AI as an engineering tool and polish whatever it produces. If AI writes the code, you still own the code. You are responsible for understanding, testing, reviewing and maintaining what you ship, regardless of whether it was written manually or generated with AI assistance. We also work across different types of projects, so you should be comfortable working with technologies outside the main stack when required. This may occasionally include working with existing WordPress websites or moving functionality between WordPress and custom applications. Strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, ownership and the ability to learn are more important than having a long list of technologies on your CV. Personal projects, open-source contributions, SaaS products, websites, APIs, automation tools or other things you have actually built are highly valuable. Show us what you can build.
