About the Role We are looking for an experienced professional to design, develop and operate enterprise-grade integrations across SAP and non-SAP environments using SAP Integration Suite. In this role, you will help drive digital transformation initiatives by delivering scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity across business applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with architects, application teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to build modern API-led and event-driven integration landscapes. What will you do: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integration flows, APIs, event-driven processes, and B2B integrations using SAP Integration Suite.Build and implement modern integration architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the SAP Integration Suite platform.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.Ensure compliance with security standards, authentication and authorization frameworks, encryption requirements, and regulatory policies.Support enterprise projects, cloud transformation programs, system implementations, and upgrades.Contribute to integration architecture roadmaps and strategic decisions regarding enterprise connectivity. What we’re looking for: Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise integration and interface development.Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and integration architecture principles.Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, including: Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, Open ConnectorsExperience integrating SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, and SAP BTP, as well as non-SAP applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in agile, international, and cross-functional environments.Continuous learning mentality and enthusiasm for cloud and integration technologies.Experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments is considered an advantage.Fluent English skills, both spoken and written to cooperate with colleagues globally; German language skills are a plus.
