About the Role We are looking for a skilled Strapi CMS Administrator / Developer responsible for the administration, development, and continuous improvement of the Strapi platform. The role focuses on ensuring the performance, stability, scalability, and maintainability of the CMS ecosystem supporting the organization’s digital portals and applications. A typical day might include the following: Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance the Strapi CMS platform.Optimize Strapi performance, publishing workflows, API responsiveness, and content delivery.Design, model, and maintain Content Types, Components, and Dynamic Zones according to business requirements.Implement and support Preview, Webhook, Content Publishing, and Content Lifecycle mechanisms.Monitor, analyze, and optimize PostgreSQL database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.Manage integrations with Media Library solutions and object storage systems such as Amazon S3 and MinIO.Define and implement migration and deployment strategies across environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production).Ensure platform scalability, availability, security, and maintainability.Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents, performance issues, and integration challenges.Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers, Solution Architects, DevOps Engineers, and QA teams.Support CI/CD initiatives and deployment automation activities.Maintain technical documentation, platform standards, and best practices. To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills: Strong experience with Strapi CMS administration and development.Solid knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and REST APIs.Experience in designing and managing content models, components, and dynamic content structures.Knowledge of Webhooks, Preview environments, publishing workflows, and API integrations.Experience with PostgreSQL administration, query optimization, and performance tuning.Experience integrating and managing media assets through Amazon S3, MinIO, or similar object storage solutions.Understanding of environment management and release processes across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams.Minimum 4 years of software development experience.Proven experience working with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably Strapi.Experience in backend development and API-driven architectures.Experience working in Agile development environments.
