As we rapidly expand our operations, we're looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Rust and TypeScript/React to help build and maintain robust, scalable systems that bridge our back-end and front-end platforms. Your Role As a Junior–Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer at Radom, you’ll work closely with our CTO and engineering team to develop and improve our back-end services and front-end applications. You’ll contribute to live financial products, take ownership of clearly defined projects and develop your technical and commercial understanding with support from experienced colleagues. Your responsibilities will include: Full Stack Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of services supporting payment flows, crypto custody, invoicing, open banking integrations and settlement processes, while building responsive web applications using TypeScript and React.Back-End Development: Develop and maintain secure back-end functionality in Rust, following established architectural patterns and engineering standards.Front-End Development: Build clear, reliable and user-friendly interfaces that integrate effectively with Radom’s back-end services.APIs and Integrations: Help develop, test and maintain APIs and integrations connecting Radom’s platform with blockchains, banking providers and other external partners.Testing and Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code, participate in code reviews and respond constructively to feedback.Troubleshooting and Performance: Investigate technical issues, identify potential improvements and work with the wider engineering team to improve platform reliability and performance.Data Management: Support the development of secure systems for data handling, reporting and analytics, with a focus on accuracy, integrity and compliance.Business Understanding: Build an understanding of Radom’s products, customers and commercial priorities so that your technical work addresses genuine business needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues, clarify requirements and contribute to solutions that meet both technical and user needs.Continuous Development: Expand your knowledge of Rust, blockchain infrastructure, financial services and secure software development as your responsibilities grow. What We’re Looking For Relevant Experience: Commercial software development experience appropriate to a junior or mid-level position, or strong evidence of equivalent practical ability through projects or previous work.TypeScript and React: Practical experience developing modern web applications using TypeScript and React.Back-End Fundamentals: A good understanding of back-end development, APIs, data structures and application architecture.Blockchain and Web3 Knowledge: A working understanding of blockchain technologies and an interest in crypto and stablecoins. Experience interacting with blockchain RPCs, wallets or smart contracts would be highly advantageous.API Development: Experience building or integrating with RESTful APIs, with an understanding of reliability, security and maintainability.Database Knowledge: Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis or similar data-storage technologies.Rust Expertise (advantageous): Proven experience in building production-ready back-end systems in Rust, with a strong grasp of its ecosystem, performance tuning, and concurrency models.Security Awareness: An understanding of secure development practices and the importance of protecting financial and customer data.Problem-Solving Skills: A logical and practical approach to investigating issues, asking questions and identifying appropriate solutions.Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly, explain technical matters appropriately and work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.Business Awareness: An interest in understanding the commercial purpose behind the products and features being developed.Collaborative Mindset: A willingness to receive feedback, share ideas and work constructively within a fast-moving team.Professional English: Strong written and spoken English skills, particularly for discussing requirements and collaborating across the business.
