From MEV-aware execution to high-performance on-chain trading engines, our team pushes the limits of Ethereum and Solana virtual machines to power the next wave of DeFi. What You’ll Do Build and optimize robust, low-latency backend systems for on-chain trading.Collaborate with a world-class team to refine trading strategies and ensure high reliability.Integrate seamlessly with decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and DeFi protocols.Take real ownership of what you build — from design to production. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).4+ years backend development in Golang or similar.Strong understanding of data structures & design patterns.Hacker mindset: curious, resourceful, and pragmatic—reads source, instruments systems, and finds root causes quickly.Easy-going and collaborative — we move fast and don't have time for ego.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.Fluent with Claude Code (or equivalent AI coding workflows) — we expect you to multiply your output with it.Fluent in Greek and English. Bonus Points Master’s degree in CS.Experience with low-latency, high-performance systems.Linux power user.Blockchain node client development (Ethereum preferred).Smart contract development (Solidity) & familiarity with DeFi ecosystems.
