Senior Software Engineer - AI and Data Analytics

We're Hiring: Senior Software Engineer – AIDA-AI & Advanced Data Analytics Arab Bank is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our AIDA-AI & Advanced Data Analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of intelligent automation and agentic AI, building enterprise-grade solutions that drive real business impact across the organization. What You'll Do You will design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications that serve as the foundation for our agentic AI platforms. Your work will span the entire development lifecycle—from crafting intuitive, responsive user interfaces to building performant backend services and APIs. You will integrate with internal and external systems, including AI and large language model endpoints, while managing cloud infrastructure and evolving database architectures to support scalable, production-ready solutions. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, you will translate complex requirements into intelligent, automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable value. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field2–4 years of experience in software engineering or application developmentStrong proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js)Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP); familiarity with Azure is a plusHands-on experience with relational databases (Cloud SQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (Firestore, MongoDB), including schema design and query optimizationSolid understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and system integrationsKnowledge of SOLID Principles, Domain-Driven Design, Clean Architecture, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native servicesExposure to agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, or LLM orchestration frameworks is a strong plus Why Arab Bank Arab Bank offers a dynamic environment where technology and innovation meet the strength of one of the region's leading financial institutions.
