SUMMARY 💰 140 - 170 PLN/h (B2B) 💰 16 000 – 20 000 PLN brutto (UOP) 📍 Kraków (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days remote) 💼 Senior Project Join an engineering team responsible for developing and automating platform controls across internal developer and hosting platforms. The role combines software engineering, API development, automation, and technical leadership, with a strong focus on improving platform reliability, efficiency, and reuse. You will Analyse business and technical requirements to understand how platform services can support and automate controlsDesign and develop automation services, workflows, integrations, and APIsWork with data schemas and process flowsDevelop solutions for automating controls at scaleContribute to the development of the Platform Control PlaneDrive automation, process improvements, and reusable solutionsCollaborate with engineering teams across different locations and time zonesProvide technical leadership and support continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with stakeholders to define priorities and deliver new solutions Must have 5+ years of professional software engineering experienceExperience with multiple programming languages / polyglot developmentStrong software engineering skills, including API development, database design, data schemas, and process flowsUnderstanding of internal developer platforms, hosting platforms, and cloud environmentsBasic knowledge of Linux and web technologiesExperience working with iterative software delivery methodologiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience providing technical leadership across distributed/global teamsAbility to work independently and solve complex problemsFluent English and Polish Nice to have Experience with DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SREExperience with automation and control-plane solutionsExperience working in large enterprise environmentsExperience mentoring or supporting distributed engineering teamsKnowledge of modern cloud platforms and platform engineering practices Our offer Relocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory, and you need to relocate from another city.Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family; Multisport Benefit card; life insurance
