This is a startup-style, founding-engineer-type opportunity for a full-stack engineer who enjoys being a jack of all trades - moving between backend, frontend, APIs, data and AI, and taking ownership from idea through production. The Role Build greenfield products from scratch using Python, React and TypeScript.Work across the full stack and own features end-to-end.Build AI-heavy products using LLMs, AI agents and modern AI technologies.Develop APIs, backend services, integrations and data pipelines.Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to shape the product.Solve complex problems in a fast-paced startup environment.Tech Stack Python | FastAPI / Django | React | TypeScript | PostgreSQL | Docker | Kubernetes | LLMs | AI Agents What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial full-stack development with Python and React.Strong hands-on backend/API experience.2+ years of AI/LLM experience or significant experience building AI-enabled applications.Startup/scale-up experience and a broad, hands-on engineering mindset.Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across the stack.Strong ownership, autonomy and product mindset.Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, Data Science or another STEM discipline.A strong university background is preferred, with Master's/PhD from a leading university highly desirable.InsurTech/FinTech experience is a plus Why Join?
