Senior engineers will pair with you, review your work, and invest in your growth - but you'll have real ownership from early on. You'll work across frontend, backend, and mobile: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, and AWS. You don't need to know all of these, willingness to learn matters more than what you know today. Two Things Make Engineering Different Here You'll develop a product mindset. Instead of just working through tickets, you'll start understanding why features matter to customers.
