About The Role We are seeking a skilled React Developer to join our dynamic team at E-Solutions. This role is based in Mountain View, CA, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence four days a week. The React Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless user experiences, troubleshooting technical issues efficiently, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.Experience with React, Redux, and related libraries for state management.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement user interface components using React.js and related technologies.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional, responsive web applications.Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Optimize application performance for speed and scalability across different browsers and devices.Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases, ensuring code quality and best practices.Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile development processes.Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, security standards, and industry best practices.
