UX/UI Product Designer (Design Engineer)

OOCA has been building digital mental health in Thailand since 2017: teletherapy, a clinic at Gaysorn, and mental health programs inside companies. We're hiring two designers who design and build. You'll do UX and UI across mobile and web, then ship the front end yourself. We prefer a software engineering background and will train you into an AI-augmented product designer who can build product independently. Design UX and UI for mobile and web, end to endBuild your designs in front-end code (React / TypeScript)Map end-to-end user journeys and detailed user flows, defining clear information architecture for booking, onboarding, and crisis momentsRun user interviews: set the objective, recruit, moderate, synthesizeDesign AI-driven features: loading states, wrong answers, handoff to a human clinicianOwn our component library and design patterns in the repoWork directly with engineers, stakeholders, and the CEOSet the design standard for the team and teach what you learn Requirements Front-end code that ships. React and TypeScript preferred.
