Job Title : Engineer - DevOps Department/Function : TOD-INT-MWD-SAAS-WIN Reporting to Title : Manager - SaaS Lead Main Objectives and Activities: Within the Technologies & Operations Department (TOD), join the SaaS-Windows team and contribute in a multicultural environment by: Deploying and updating business applications running on Windows.Ensuring the availability and performance of production environments.Implementing strategic projects for new applications and major upgrades.Coordinating and communicating operational activities with stakeholders.Troubleshooting and resolving incidents.Ensuring compliance with policies and processes.Automating repetitive processes and delegating operational tasks.Collaborating with related teams, including SaaS-Linux, DBAs, and Platform.Responsibilities/ Job Description: Support and Maintenance Provide Level 2 technical support for business applications.Manage incidents and problems.Perform root-cause analysis and reduce the recurrence of issues.Configure monitoring and log-centralization systems for managed applications, including data collection, dashboards, and alerts.Perform routine application maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.Prepare operational procedures and documentation, and train Level 1 support teams.Release and Deployment Management Configure and deploy new application releases.Define deployment procedures.Automate recurring tasks using Jenkins, Ansible/AAP, and scripting.Performance Management Work with Core Infrastructure teams to identify the root causes of performance issues.Recommend practical performance improvements and assist with their implementation.Projects Implement strategic projects with application stakeholders and suppliers.Collaborate with other teams to design application architectures focused on availability, resilience, performance, and security.Continuous Improvement Share ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT production processes.Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Language skills: Fluent English.Experience and Skills Required: Minimum three years of experience in a similar position.Strong problem-solving skills and a responsive, proactive, and disciplined approach.Strong team spirit and good communication skills.Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.Experience with Windows Server environments (2019 or later), middleware, and IIS.Knowledge of .NET and Microsoft technologies.Experience with scripting and automation.Basic Microsoft SQL Server administration skills, including backup and restore.Understanding of application interactions and dependencies in distributed architectures, including load balancers and external third parties.Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, or Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) is an advantage.Experience with Zabbix and Splunk monitoring is an advantage.
