Full-Stack Software Developer Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance to be considered – US Citizen is required do to the nature of the work. Location: This position is HYBRID. The individual will be required to be onsite 3 days a week. Candidates are expected to be local at the time of the start of the assignment. About the Role: Aquila Technology is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team in supporting one of the country’s premier defense research organizations. The team is in need of a versatile, full-stack software developer for several programs involving hardware, software, and real-time analytics. The developer will be working with a small team of other software developers to develop, test, and deploy software for operational use in the field. A strong background in Rust, C, Python, and intimate knowledge of and experience in Docker and AWS, software best practices, and willingness to learn are essential. In addition, strong communication skills and experience working with a team in rapid development cycles is required. The team develops secure systems that are resilient to adversarial threats—now and in the future. The work spans the entire R&D spectrum: from system architecture and threat modeling, to cryptographic protocol design, secure implementation, field prototyping, and transition. The mission is to ensure that national security systems can be trusted and relied on, even in adversary-contested environments.
