About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Solution Engineer Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Business Analyst to analyze functional requirements and develop comprehensive technical designs that align with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will help shape the architecture of our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and adherence to best practices. You will oversee the technical implementation of Salesforce developments, conduct feasibility studies, and implement performance enhancements to support our business processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in deployment activities and manage release cycles to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations. Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices specific to Salesforce is essential. Strong knowledge of data modeling and security protocols within Salesforce will be required. Excellent communication skills in both German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) are necessary to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Prior experience in a similar role, combined with a passion for innovative solutions and continuous learning, will be highly valued.
