Position Summary The Software Engineer will work across the stack to build, improve, and scale ManaraAI’s core platform. This role focuses on developing high-quality application features, collaborating across frontend and backend teams, and contributing to architecture and product decisions in a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain application features end-to-end, from backend services to user-facing components. • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best engineering practices. • Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and ML teams to deliver integrated features. • Debug, optimize, and improve system performance and reliability. • Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and product decisions. • Support continuous improvement of development workflows and engineering standards. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or related roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Strong fundamentals in software engineering principles and data structures. • Experience in frontend, backend, or full-stack development. • Familiarity with modern development workflows, version control, and CI/CD practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-moving startup environment. Preferred Skills and Experience • Experience working in startup or product-driven environments. • Exposure to AI-powered, data-driven, or SaaS platforms. • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and scalable system design concepts. • Ability to collaborate across teams and take ownership of features. • Passion for building real-world, customer-impacting products.
