What You'll Do
Own user-facing products end to end, from product definition through deploymentTranslate complex real-world workflows into simple, intuitive user experiencesBuild production-grade applications using React / TypeScript and PythonIntegrate LLMs, AI agents and model-backed APIs into real-world productsMake strong product decisions around what to build, what to simplify, and what to skipWork across engineering, UX, debugging, and occasionally directly with customersContribute to a highly collaborative, fast-moving engineering environment
What We're Looking For
Exceptional engineering background, ideally from a leading technology company, AI lab, trading firm or high-growth startupStrong production experience with TypeScript and React or a comparable modern frontend frameworkSolid experience building backend services with PythonExperience integrating AI systems into production applicationsAbility to understand and solve complex workflows rather than simply building standard CRUD applicationsStrong product and UX judgment with the ability to turn complexity into intuitive interfacesStrong ownership mindset and willingness to work across the product and engineering stack
