As a Software Developer, you will have end-to-end responsibility across our Global Quant research platform, working primarily in C# and Python. You'll partner directly with Quant Analysts to turn research ideas into robust, production-grade models and tools - an excellent opportunity for a developer who wants to apply strong coding skills and a commercial mindset directly to real business problems. You will develop and maintain the team's Python and C# research platform, databases and systems for quantitative equity analysis (e.g. multi-factor models, statistical trading strategies, risk models, portfolio optimization). You will also build and maintain web services, data ingestion pipelines and vendor feed integrations, work directly with Quant Analysts to productionize research projects and enhance research tooling and apply modern ML/AI techniques and tools to build innovative products and automate workflows. You will get the opportunity to support client queries and contribute to bespoke research projects and support the production of equity research reports and presentations. The role is technically diverse and fast-paced. You'll bring initiative, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, working in a dynamic front-office setting alongside the quant team and interacting with traders and institutional clients.
