In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge autonomous AI systems, contributing to our next generation of intelligent solutions. You will leverage your expertise across the AI lifecycle, from data to deployment, to drive innovation and create significant business impact. Job Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, reasoning engines, and autonomous decision-making modulesCollaborate with data scientists and product owners to translate complex business problems into robust and scalable AI solutionsDevelop and optimize AI models, ensuring high performance, reliability, and interpretability within agentic frameworksDesign and implement data pipelines and infrastructure for training and deploying AI agents, leveraging Data Engineering best practicesApply Software Engineering principles to build production-ready, maintainable, and well-documented AI systemsWork within an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectivesCollaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions in Enterprise/Cloud Computing environmentsContribute to the strategic planning and evolution of our Enterprise IT Architecture with a focus on AI capabilitiesImplement rigorous Software Quality Assurance (SQA) practices for AI models and agentic systems, including testing, validation, and performance monitoringStay abreast of the latest advancements in Agentic AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation Job Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, with a strong focus on designing and implementing Agentic AI systemsProven expertise in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++) with a strong understanding of object-oriented designSolid understanding of Data Science principles, including machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysisExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with Enterprise/Cloud Computing conceptsDemonstrated experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as codeStrong background in Software Engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), code reviews, and testing methodologiesProficiency in Data Engineering techniques, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologiesExperience with Agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes relevant to AI and software developmentExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutionsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams What We Offer Responsibilities as of day 1.
