Senior .NET Software Engineer - AI Development

We're partnering with an innovative technology organisation that is pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted software development and looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a highly experienced engineering team. This isn't a traditional software engineering role. We're seeking someone who has been at the forefront of applying AI to real-world software delivery. Someone who understands not only how to generate code with AI tools, but how to critically assess, guide and improve AI-generated outcomes to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions. About the Role You'll join a highly experienced engineering team working on a major platform uplift initiative. The environment is heavily invested in AI-assisted development and is focused on accelerating delivery while maintaining engineering quality and resilience. This role is less about writing every line of code yourself and more about leveraging AI effectively, validating outputs, reviewing generated code and specifications, and helping engineering teams get the most from modern AI tooling. You'll play a key role in ensuring AI-generated solutions are production-ready, scalable and aligned with sound software engineering principles.
