About The Role The role owns the architecture, development, and scaling of full-stack web and mobile applications serving high-volume user traffic daily. Engineers collaborate closely with product managers and designers to build robust, performant user interfaces and back-end services that power core product experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable full-stack features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript across web and mobile platformsBuild RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support high-throughput client applications with minimal latencyOptimize frontend performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth animations, and high accessibility standardsDeploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation pipelinesWrite comprehensive automated tests and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standardsTroubleshoot production issues, analyze system performance bottlenecks, and implement effective technical resolutions What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building complex full-stack web or mobile applicationsStrong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational databases like PostgreSQLHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, including containerization and CI/CD pipelinesSolid understanding of software design patterns, API security best practices, and distributed systems architectureBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical work experienceBonus: Experience with React Native, Redis caching, or event-driven architectures using Kafka
