Platform Engineer - Digital Twin Platform

■About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join a team responsible for the design and development of a Digital Twin platform for enterprise customers and users of Woven City and mobility test environments. This role focuses on building scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly infrastructure to support modern SaaS services and enable seamless platform adoption. ■Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) to support mission-critical Digital Twin platform servicesDevelop, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for efficient, repeatable, and self-service deploymentsCollaborate with internal development teams to streamline onboarding and improve platform adoption through standardized deployment templates and automationImplement and manage observability systems to ensure system reliability, health monitoring, and actionable insights across servicesBuild and enhance developer enablement tools to deliver a modern and intuitive platform experienceProactively identify infrastructure bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and cost efficiencyContribute to architectural decisions, propose enhancements, and promote best practices for SaaS infrastructure and developer experience ■Requirements Required Qualifications (MUST) Proven experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in Kubernetes environments (preferably Amazon EKS)Strong hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code, including:Terraform (cloud and infrastructure provisioning)Helm (Kubernetes application packaging)Demonstrated experience building or operating internal platforms or SaaS infrastructure, with a focus on enabling teams via:Self-service toolingCI/CD pipelines (e.g., Argo CD)Templated deployments Preferred Qualifications (SHOULD) Experience with modern observability stacks and integrating monitoring/logging systems in production SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with authentication and authorization systems at scale (design, integration, and operation)Experience implementing or integrating developer enablement tools, such as:Internal developer portals (e.g., Backstage)Repository onboarding workflowsStandardized deployment templates across teams ■Industry Industrial Automation,Robotics ■Salary JPY 10,000,000 - JPY 12,000,000 If you are interested in this exciting position, we look forward to your application.
