Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.The role Nebius is looking for a rigorous and assertive Vendor Security & Standards Manager to own the end-to-end compliance of all external supply chain security partners against Nebius security standards and requirements. This role sits at the enforcement edge of the NGSCS function — its purpose is to ensure that every vendor, carrier, 3PL, and logistics partner operating within the Nebius supply chain performs to the standards Nebius defines, without exception. The Vendor Security & Standards Manager is responsible for physically verifying compliance on the ground, identifying gaps, mandating corrective actions, and holding vendors accountable to a zero tolerance policy on security standards. Where vendors fall short, this role drives change - escalating non-compliance, enforcing remediation timelines, and recommending vendor sanctions where necessary. The role operates globally, engaging with vendors across all Nebius supply chain regions including the USA, EU, Taiwan, APAC and Israel - and serves as the NGSCS authority on vendor security performance. It reports directly to the Head of Global Supply Chain Security and works in close coordination with regional managers to ensure consistent standards enforcement across the entire vendor network. Your responsibilities will include: Standards Ownership & Enforcement Own the Nebius vendor security standards framework, ensuring it is current, comprehensive, and enforceable across all vendor categoriesincluding carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, guarding companies, and last-mile providers Maintain and continuously update vendor-facing security requirements, obligations, and compliance benchmarks in line with NGSCS policy and global best practice Define and enforce azero tolerance compliance policy across all vendor security obligations, with clear escalation paths for non-compliance Ensure all vendors are formally onboarded against NGSCS security standards, including documented acceptance of requirements prior to operational engagement Work with NGSCS leadership, legal, and procurement to ensure vendor security requirements are embedded in contracts and service agreements Physical Compliance Verification Conduct regular, unannounced, and scheduled on-site compliance inspections at vendor facilities, transit points, and operational environments globally Physically verify that vendor security controls, procedures, andbehaviours align with Nebius standards, including access control, personnel screening, CCTV, handling procedures, tamper-evidence practices, and chain of custody protocols Assess vendor compliance against TAPA FSR, TAPA TSR, and NGSCS-specific requirements as applicable to each vendor category Document all inspection findings with precision, producing clear compliance reports and gap assessments for each vendor visit Identify systemic compliance risks across the vendor network and escalate to NGSCS leadership with recommended remediation strategies Gap Closure & Corrective Action Issue formal corrective action notices to non-compliant vendors, defining mandatory remediation requirements and binding timelines Track and verify the completion of all corrective actions, ensuring no gap is left unresolved beyond agreed timelines Re-inspect vendor sites following corrective action to verify that changes have been implemented correctly and sustainably Maintain a global vendor compliance register, tracking inspection history, outstanding actions, and compliance status across all active vendors Escalate persistent or severe non-compliance to the Head of Global Supply Chain Security, with recommendations for vendor sanctions, suspension, or replacement Vendor Engagement & Performance Management Serve as the primary NGSCS point of contact for all vendor security compliance matters globally Communicate Nebius security expectations clearly and assertively to vendor security and operations leadership Conduct structured vendor security reviews and performance assessments on a regular cadence Drive a culture of security accountability across the vendor network, ensuring vendors understand that compliance is non-negotiable Support the onboarding of new vendors by assessing security posture prior to operational activation and defining any pre-activation requirements Reporting & Continuous Improvement Produce regular global vendor compliance reports for NGSCS leadership, providing a clear picture of network-wide compliance status, trends, and risk exposure Identify patterns of non-compliance across vendors or regions and recommend systemic improvements to standards or enforcement mechanisms Contribute to the continuous improvement of NGSCS vendor security standards, drawing on inspection findings and industry developments Provide input to NGSCS policy updates, SOPs, and vendor-facing documentation based on on-the-ground compliance experience Operational Scope Global vendor compliance accountability across all NGSCS regions — USA, EU, Taiwan,APAC, Israel, and any future regions Engagement with all external supply chain security partners, including carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, guarding companies, and last-mile providers Significant international travelrequired for on-site compliance inspections across the global vendor network Close coordination with regional supply chain security managers to align on local vendor performance and enforcement priorities We expect you to have: Significant experience in supply chain security compliance, vendor auditing, or security standards enforcement Proventrack record of conducting physical security inspections and compliance assessments across complex, multi-vendor environments Experience issuing and managing corrective action processes, including escalation and follow-through to resolution Deep familiarity with supply chain security standards, including TAPA FSR and/or TAPA TSR Strong working knowledge of physical security controls relevant tologistics environments (access control, CCTV, personnel screening, tamper-evidence, chain of custody) Assertive, direct communication style with the ability to hold vendors accountable at all levels of theirorganisation Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a complex global compliance workload Ability tooperate independently across multiple geographies with minimal supervision Fluent English (spoken and written) It will be an added bonus if you have: Background in law enforcement, military security, or corporate security auditing Experience in high-value or critical infrastructure supply chain environments (e.g., data centers, AI hardware, semiconductors, electronics) Experience working within a global security function with multi-regional vendor networks Familiarity with supply chain security technologies (e.g., GPS tracking, geofencing, access control systems, tamper-evident sealing) Additional language proficiency relevant to NGSCS operating regions (Dutch, Hebrew, or Mandarin) is an advantage Operational Expectations This role requires a significant level of international travel for on-site vendor inspections across all NGSCS regions Compliance incidents or escalations may require rapid deployment and availability outside standard working hours Operates within a global environment requiring coordination across multiple time zones Reports directly to the Head of Global
