Job Requirements
6–9 years of overall experience in Platform Engineering or Software Engineering.3–5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and managing CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based applications.Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, DevOps practices, and automated software delivery.Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for containerized and distributed applications.Strong understanding of GitOps principles and practices, with hands-on experience using ArgoCD for continuous delivery and Kubernetes deployments.General knowledge of Kubernetes, including pods, deployments, services, namespaces, ingress, configuration, and basic cluster operations.Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools, technologies, methodologies, and emerging DevOps practices.Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, and distributed systems.Experience with Git-based source control, branching strategies, automated testing, deployment automation, and release management.Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Go, Python, or Bash for automation and platform engineering.Experience developing automation scripts, deployment utilities, tooling, and platform automation using Go, Python, and/or Bash.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation is highly desirable.Understanding of Docker/containerization and cloud-native application deployment.Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in cloud-native environments.Ability to collaborate with software developers, DevOps engineers, platform teams, and architects to improve application delivery and platform capabilities.Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
