The Role
Develop, maintain, integrate, deploy, and sustain maritime system software Perform adaptive, corrective, preventive, and perfective maintenance of software Design, develop, and conduct automated testing of software modules using DevSecOps in an Agile team Participate in peer reviews and unit testing Analyze software requirements and develop software products in a maintenance setting Create and maintain documentation
What You'll Need
BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of experience, or MS with 2+ years, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree Proficient in software development or integration projects in a service-oriented (Cloud, SOA, Web-Services) or virtualization environment Proficient in AWS/Cloud technologies and experience with cloud-based architecture Understanding of DevOps methodologies and workflow Knowledge of Architectural, Software Development, and Software Sustainment Practices Familiarity with Vue, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Git/GitLab, Amazon Web Services (S3 Buckets, EC2, Reserved Instances, etc.), System Engineering documentation (VDDs, diagrams, etc.), and team collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, RocketChat) Active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI and a polygraph post hire
