Job Description As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between product development and enterprise impact. You'll own the end-to-end rollout of Athena, scoping complex problems, building custom integrations, and ensuring high-stakes AI deployments deliver real value. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end enterprise rollouts of the Athena AI platform, partnering with implementation managers to map business use cases to agentic configurations.Write production-grade TypeScript code and integrations using AI-assisted development to ship solutions faster than traditional engineering cycles allow.Serve as the primary technical authority for customers, translating field insights into product roadmap requirements for the engineering and design leads. The ideal candidate Possesses several years of full-stack web development experience, specifically within the SaaS domain, with deep expertise in TypeScript and production shipping.Has hands-on experience with LLMs or agentic systems, including prompt engineering, tool-calling, and navigating the nuances of model behavior and evaluations.Demonstrates exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to build technical credibility across HR operations and senior executive leadership teams.
