What You Will Do Embed directly with customers at their sites to understand real-world workflows and translate complex manual processes into clear, intuitive software.Build and ship production-grade features end-to-end, including modern React/TypeScript frontends, Python backend services, and AI-powered workflow agents.Lead customer calls and own product decisions, acting as the primary link between user needs and the technical product roadmap. The ideal candidate Proven experience in a forward-deployed or solutions engineering role at companies like Palantir, Scale AI, or Ramp, with a focus on customer embedding.Highly proficient across the full stack using TypeScript, React, and Python, with a track record of shipping AI-powered products to production.Comfortable with ambiguity and high-ownership environments, ideally with experience as a founder or an early hire at a stealth or venture-backed startup.
