What You Will Do Architect the Gaia Orchestrator to automate complex workflows between patients, clinics, lenders, and insurers using state machines and deep integrations.Build and extend an AI-native operations layer using LLM-powered agents to handle compliance, member workflows, and internal risk tracking.Develop a real-time underwriting engine and predictive modeling pipelines to assess clinical and financial data for outcome-based pricing. The ideal candidate 5+ years of full-stack experience in startup environments, with strong proficiency in Python (Frappe) and TypeScript (React/Next.js).AI-native mindset with proven experience integrating LLM APIs and using AI tools like Cursor or Codex as a core part of your daily workflow.Experience building in highly regulated or complex domains such as fintech or healthcare, with an understanding of HIPAA and SOC 2 constraints.
