Job Description Join Asymmetric Security as a Founding Engineer to build the AI systems defining the future of cyberdefense. You will scale a production cloud platform, develop sophisticated agentic AI for automated investigations, and make critical architectural decisions. This 0-to-1 role involves shipping across the full stack while hardening infrastructure for enterprise-scale security operations. What You Will Do Develop and deploy agentic AI systems using LangChain and RAG to automate complex, multi-step digital forensics and incident response investigations.Ship end-to-end features across a modern stack including FastAPI, React, and DuckDB while managing multi-tenant cloud infrastructure on GCP.Design and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance against real-world cyber incidents and harden production-scale security infrastructure. The ideal candidate Proven track record of shipping and operating production software with strong Python backend skills in asynchronous patterns, APIs, and task pipelines.Hands-on experience deploying LLMs in production environments and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and data-intensive workloads.A proactive 0-to-1 builder who thrives in ambiguity and has experience leading technical initiatives or founding side projects.
