Role: DevOps EngineerLocation: On-siteJob Type: Full-TimePayout: $200K - $300K/yr Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a GCP DevOps Engineer to work on a full-time basis to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure. The role involves automating deployment pipelines and ensuring system reliability across Google Cloud Platform environments. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Cloud Build for automated deployments. • Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Stackdriver (Cloud Monitoring and Logging). • Collaborate with development teams to optimize cloud resource usage and cost efficiency. • Ensure compliance with security best practices and implement IAM policies for access control. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage. • Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash, or Go for automation tasks. • Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (GKE). • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
