Job OverviewLatton Lab is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage our infrastructure, optimize our deployment pipelines, and ensure the high availability of our custom software frameworks and IT solutions.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, automating workflows to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient systems for our clients.
This is a Remote position based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
ResponsibilitiesCI/CD Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline code compilation, testing, and deployment.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure using modern IaC practices and tools.Containerization & Orchestration: Package applications into containerized environments (Docker) and maintain stable, scalable environments.Monitoring & Logging: Implement comprehensive system monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively detect and resolve performance bottlenecks or downtime.Security & Compliance: Enforce infrastructure security best practices, access controls, and regular backup strategies across all deployment workflows.
QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role.Cloud Platforms: Strong proficiency with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Tools & Tech Stack: Deep familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins), and configuration management tools.Scripting & Linux: Solid command of Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation tasks.Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with a remote development team.
