As Cleanroom Coordinator, you set and enforce the rules that keep our cleanroom safe, clean and compliant. You will roll out and maintain Safe Ways of Working (WoW’s), monitor cleanroom standards, manage inventory and goods flow, and act as the go-to person for cleanroom compliance and operational discipline.Main responsibilities include:Define, implement, and enforce cleanroom safety practices and controlled-environment proceduresRoll out, train and monitor cleanliness and contamination control standardsDefine, train and enforce gowning protocols and cleanroom hygiene requirementsPolice cleanroom behaviour and intervene when unsafe or non-compliant practices are detectedContinuously observe personnel behaviour and identify risks related to contamination, unsafe actions, or deviation from standardsTrack cleanroom-compatible inventory, including consumables, tools and materialsMonitor stock levels and coordinate reorders with procurement and warehouse teamsControl goods-in and goods-out flows to prevent contamination risksCoordinate material transfers between warehouse, airlocks and cleanroom zonesPerform routine inspections of personnel, work areas and material handlingRecord non-conformances, maintain compliance logs and follow up on corrective actionsEnsure compliance with chemical safety guidelines, including MSDS awareness and spill response procedures where applicable
