You will roll out and maintain Safe Ways of Working (WoW’s), monitor cleanroom standards, manage inventory and goods flow, and act as the go-to person for cleanroom compliance and operational discipline.Main responsibilities include:Define, implement, and enforce cleanroom safety practices and controlled-environment proceduresRoll out, train and monitor cleanliness and contamination control standardsDefine, train and enforce gowning protocols and cleanroom hygiene requirementsPolice cleanroom behaviour and intervene when unsafe or non-compliant practices are detectedContinuously observe personnel behaviour and identify risks related to contamination, unsafe actions, or deviation from standardsTrack cleanroom-compatible inventory, including consumables, tools and materialsMonitor stock levels and coordinate reorders with procurement and warehouse teamsControl goods-in and goods-out flows to prevent contamination risksCoordinate material transfers between warehouse, airlocks and cleanroom zonesPerform routine inspections of personnel, work areas and material handlingRecord non-conformances, maintain compliance logs and follow up on corrective actionsEnsure compliance with chemical safety guidelines, including MSDS awareness and spill response procedures where applicable
