You will be responsible for building a strong service organization, driving operational excellence, and maintaining high system performance in the field.In this role you work closely with global Service, Engineering, and Operations teams. You will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and supporting business growth in one of our most strategic markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and expand the South Korea service team (Field Service Engineers and support staff)Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical and customer issuesEnsure high system uptime and customer satisfaction through proactive service managementDevelop and implement service processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate installations, maintenance, and upgrades of advanced metrology systemsCollaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment on service strategy and executionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersDrive optimization of spare parts pricing and logisticsEngage in strategic discussions with customers on service contractsSupport the Country Manager in scaling local operations and service capabilities
