On the build side, you invent what comes next: AI-powered tools, marketplace experiments, outbound enrichment systems, Free-to-Paid activation flows. You see a gap, you build the fix.But this isn't a pure tech role. You care about building the right tool, crafting the right experience, and carrying our DNA: empowering nonprofits to focus on what matters most.And there's more: AssoConnect is preparing its international expansion. If that sounds like your natural way of working, you'll feel right at home.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Ops & CRMOwn the HubSpot marketing stack: lead scoring, workflows, automations, reportingBuild and operate the nurturing engine: lead routing, lifecycle stages, and sequences crafted for the right audience with the right messageEnsure reliable end-to-end tracking and attribution from lead source to customerNew Acquisition LeversBuild and ship new acquisition experiments: AI-powered tools, marketplace, satelite website, programmatic approachesDefine the positioning, messaging and go-to-market for each new lever, not just the technical setupMove fast from idea to MVP using low-code, no-code, and AIOutbound & NurturingContribute to outbound acquisition: contact enrichment, scraping, auto-BDR workflowsBuild and optimize nurturing flows to improve lead-to-trial and Free-to-Paid conversion, with content tailored to each segmentProfileRequired Skills and Qualifications3–7 years of experience in marketing ops, RevOps, growth marketing, or marketing automation, in SaaS or techCRM power user: automation, lead scoring, workflow design, pipeline management, you can fully own the stack. Hubspot is a plusExperience with tracking and attribution: UTM management, Google Analytics or similar, funnel analysisStrong analytical skills: you track funnel performance end-to-end and spot bottlenecks through dataAI early adopter: you've used AI on concrete use cases (you can share a portfolio) and you constantly test new tools to integrate into your workflowHands-on with low-code/no-code tools: Zapier, Retool, Make, Claude Code, Lovable, or equivalentYou build and ship things, not just design processesFluent in French and English (written and spoken).
