Intensive company training awaits you.Your main tasks will be:•To answer technical questions related to hosting services by phone, chat and email through a ticket system;• To assist customers in solving each of their cases related to the service;•To track whether each case you have taken up is resolved to the end;• To have excellent knowledge of the services offered by the company; We expect from you:• Being a communicative person;• To love working with clients and talking to them;• To know the main email clients - Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird;• To know WordPress - core, popular themes and plugins;• To have analytical thinking for diagnosis and solving cases;• To have a completed secondary education;• Work in shifts;You will be a step ahead of other applicants if:• You have experience working with WordPress;• You know other CMS systems - OpenCart, Magento, etc.;• You know the main Internet protocols, as well as email, PHP, MySQL, html;• You have communicated directly with customers via email, chat or phone;• You have experience in a previous similar position;Bonus:Work in a creative office with fresh fruit, nuts, tea, coffee and treats in the social area.Social benefits for tone and good health.
