Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer who loves building rich, interactive web applications at the intersection of video technology and product. As a core member of a late-stage seed / early Series A team, you will ship end-to-end features that touch everything from the video player and encoding pipelines to the UI our customers use every day. What you'll do Build and maintain our core web application using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.Develop dynamic video templates and previews using Remotion and React.Implement video delivery workflows including HLS/DASH streaming, adaptive bitrate logic, and player integrations.Work closely with video engineers to expose encoding, rendering, and asset management capabilities in the product.Build intuitive UI/UX for complex video editing, review, and publishing workflows.Ship quickly, talk to customers, and iterate based on real usage. Requirements 4+ years of experience building production web applications.Expertise in React, TypeScript, and the modern JavaScript ecosystem.Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering patterns.Familiarity with video on the web: HLS, DASH, Media Source Extensions, or WebCodecs.Comfort working across the stack and making pragmatic tradeoffs in a fast-moving startup.Passion for polished UI interactions, performance optimization, and video-centric product experiences.
