Full Stack Web and Mobile Developer

Position: Mid-Level Full Stack Web/Mobile Developer Experience Required: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Primary Focus: Web Frontend Development Secondary Focus: Flutter Mobile Development and Backend Development Salary: Negotiable Role Overview We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Web/Mobile Developer with at least 2 years of professional development experience to join our engineering team. The primary responsibility of this role will be developing and maintaining modern web frontend applications. The developer will also contribute to our Flutter-based mobile applications and collaborate on backend services developed using NestJS/Node.js and Laravel. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the application stack, while having particularly strong skills in frontend development, API integration, responsive UI implementation, and application architecture. Key Responsibilities Web Frontend Development – Primary Responsibility Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Convert UI/UX designs from Figma or similar tools into accurate and reusable frontend components. Build clean, modular, and maintainable frontend architecture. Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services. Implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Handle application state, authentication, forms, validation, API errors, and loading states. Optimize frontend applications for performance, usability, and maintainability. Identify and resolve frontend bugs and cross-browser compatibility issues. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers during feature development. Participate in code reviews and maintain agreed coding standards. Flutter Mobile Development Develop and maintain features in existing Flutter mobile applications. Build reusable Flutter widgets and application components. Integrate Flutter applications with REST APIs and backend services. Work with state-management solutions such as BLoC/Cubit, Provider, Riverpod, or similar approaches. Handle push notifications, local storage, permissions, authentication, and other common mobile application functionality. Debug and resolve Android and iOS application issues. Assist with application releases and production fixes when required. Backend Development The position is not primarily backend-focused, but the developer should have a good understanding of backend development and be capable of contributing when required. Responsibilities may include: Developing and maintaining REST APIs using NestJS/Node.js. Understanding controllers, services, modules, guards, middleware, validation, and authentication in NestJS. Working with databases and ORM/query tools. Developing or maintaining APIs and business logic using Laravel. Implementing authentication, authorization, validation, and role-based access control. Debugging frontend-to-backend integration issues. Understanding API security, error handling, pagination, filtering, and data validation. Working with existing database schemas and backend architectures. Required Technical Skills Frontend Strong working knowledge of: JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 Modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or equivalent REST API integration Responsive web design Component-based frontend architecture State management Form handling and validation Git and version control Candidates with strong experience in React/Next.js and TypeScript will be preferred. Mobile Good working knowledge of: Flutter Dart REST API integration State management Navigation and routing Local storage Push notifications Android/iOS application lifecycle Debugging Flutter applications Backend Good understanding of: Node.js NestJS Laravel / PHP RESTful API development Authentication and authorization Relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL ORM concepts such as Prisma, TypeORM, Eloquent, or equivalent Database relationships and basic query optimization Additional Knowledge Preferred Experience with any of the following will be considered an advantage: Next.js Tailwind CSS Prisma ORM PostgreSQL Redis Firebase / Firebase Cloud Messaging Docker Nginx CI/CD pipelines GitHub/GitLab workflows Cloud deployment WebSockets or Server-Sent Events Background jobs and queues Object storage such as AWS S3 or compatible services Basic Linux/server administration Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience. Proven experience developing production web applications. Practical experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs. Experience working with Git-based development workflows. Experience working on at least one production-level Flutter application is preferred. Practical understanding of backend development using NestJS/Node.js and/or Laravel.
