About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Solution Engineer Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Business Analyst to analyze functional requirements and develop technical designs that align with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will help shape the Salesforce architecture tailored specifically for Häcker Küchen, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and adherence to best practices. You will oversee the technical implementation of Salesforce developments, conduct feasibility analyses, and perform performance optimizations to enhance our systems. Additionally, your support will extend to deployment processes and release management, ensuring smooth and efficient updates. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations. You should have proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce environments. Strong knowledge of data modeling and security protocols is essential. Excellent communication skills in both German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) are required, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. You should have a track record of successfully managing technical projects, conducting feasibility studies, and optimizing system performance. Additionally, familiarity with security best practices and data governance within Salesforce is highly desirable. A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are key attributes for success in this role.
