Manage, configure, and support educational software and information systems, including LMS, Student Information Systems and other systems.Act as a bridge between educators, administrators, and IT services to ensure systems run smoothly and meet institutional goals.Provide user support, troubleshooting, system configuration, data management, and process improvement.Create dashboards, custom reports, and data insights using Crystal Reports and Power BI.Support academic, administrative, and leadership decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting.Gather requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and support projects from planning through implementation.
