About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions primarily using Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, and Power Platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective cloud strategies. Your expertise will help optimize their IT infrastructure, enhance security protocols, and automate processes to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in cloud technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. Relevant qualifications include a Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar certifications. Proven experience in designing and deploying cloud solutions, managing security protocols, and automating workflows using Power Platform is essential. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude are also required. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with hands-on experience in enterprise environments. Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices in cloud security will be considered an advantage. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs. You will collaborate with project teams and clients to gather requirements and develop comprehensive cloud strategies. Managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring security compliance, and implementing automation workflows using Power Platform will be core aspects of your role. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and continuously monitor cloud systems to ensure high availability and performance. Staying updated on the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions is also vital. Your role will involve documentation, reporting, and providing post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
